Sentire Therapy offers online and in-person Psychological Therapy Sessions
across Australia and on the Northern Gold Coast QLD
for adults between the ages of 25 and 60 who are needing support with:

Individual therapy with Abelina Wolf is a collaborative, grounding, and deeply compassionate process
designed to support adults seeking meaningful, long-term change.
As a trauma-informed somatic-based psychologist, therapy sessions with Abelina weave together
trauma-informed care, mind–body awareness, and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities to create a space
where clients can safely explore their inner world and move toward greater clarity, connection, and self-trust.

To ensure Abelina provides the most ethical and specialised care,
please note Sentire Therapy does not offer services for the following presentations:
Assessment for ADHD or ASD
NDIS reports or therapy
Acute risk or crisis support
Work Cover or insurance claims
Legal or forensic presentations
Substance use or addiction concerns
Psychotic disorders
Eating disorders
Domestic or family violence matters
Children, family therapy, or couples therapy
It is encouraged for you to visit your GP for a referral to another psychologist
who can better support you in these areas.

Payment Information
The session fee is $220.00 AUD per appointment.
A referral is not required, however, if you have access to Medicare,
you can obtain a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP
and be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session.
Medicare allows up to 10 psychological therapy sessions per calendar year.
You may also be able to claim a rebate through your own Private Health Insurance if you have one.
